Preliminaries: All Engineered Drawings, Certification and Insurances.

Ground Level: Reinforced concrete slab, finished floor height approx. 250mm above natural ground level.

Semi-Elevated: Structural ply floor on a metal bearer and joist system approx. 600mm above natural ground level.

  • Colorbond Custom Orb ceiling on the rake with Aircell insulation and Zincalume Roof Cladding.

External Laundry. Septic System NOT included.
