Structural steel portal frame system with full height internal metal wall frames.
Colorbond Custom Orb ceiling on the rake with Aircell insulation and Zincalume Roof Cladding.
Colorbond Wall cladding with insulation to all external walls not covered by verandahs or carport.
Windows and sliding glass door as per sketch.
Gyprock linings with wet area board to the wet areas.
External waterproof ply doors complete with lock sets and weather seals.
