The River Range – Designed and built by Barclay Builders, a Darwin based building company.
The River Range can be bought as a Kit or we can build it for you.
The River Range comprises several designs, engineered and fully cyclone coded and suitable for ground level or semi-elevated construction. Houses come with louvred windows and cathedral ceilings as standard and are metal clad for rapid cooling.
Our designs use a portal frame system of steel construction which we manufacture at our Darwin premises.
The versatility of this system allows modifications to designs to suit individual needs and a wide variety of uses such as rural and remote homes, classrooms, tourist, mining and station accommodation.
The streamlined manufacturing process and quick on site construction mean that the River Range are an extremely cost effective option.
We support local industry and employ local residents.
