Choosing Barclay Builders to build our house was the best decision for us. Not only is the building to the strict code requirements for the NT cyclone season, it is a steel structure and it also meant that it was built in the Territory, by Territorians.
The house has a wonderful open feeling, and is between 3-5°C cooler during the build-up. Being remote was not an issue, and even over the Christmas period, the house was up in 12 weeks.
